Essie Topless & Barefoot (matte)

I never, ever got into the whole "mannequin hands" trend that floated around a couple years ago. Never. But thanks to Cilucia, take look at my current NOTD...


Mattified Topless & Barefoot. Now obviously this doesn't match my skin tone at all. It pulls a lot more pink than nude on me in fact. I'm actually kind of glad it's not too matchy, I don't ever want to look down and see this...

    That's what I don't want to see on my hands either, it would freak me out.  but this color looks good on you.

    Mmm, I never thought to mattify a nude shade. I'm gonna have to try this, I actually like it! I really didn't get the appeal of the mannequin hand trend. First of all, I never found one that would work on me, which I guess is a plus, because it is just NOT appealing! LOL.

    It would never cross my mind to put a matte topcoat over this, but it's interesting!~ I really should experiment more with mattifying shades like this. It looks good though!!
