Milani Totally Cool

One of my favourite Milani's ever.

So much pretty pink micro-flaky, shimmery goodness! Three coats.

I'm sorry my posts have been pretty short lately. School's been busting my butt and I have a tonne of stuff on my plate. I'm hoping things will clear up by this weekend and I can get some swatching done!

    Quick question! (btw I love this color!) How many coats did you use to achieve this color? And did you use a base/top coat? Thanks!
